
Bring your little one along for a family yoga adventure! Best suited for babies and toddlers from 3 to 18 months. This child-centered practice allows you and your baby to move, have fun, and learn together. Sequences are designed to include your baby in every pose -- but can be done solo as well. This highly adaptable class gives you the freedom to bond with your kiddo AND get a workout, all while respecting your need to attend to your child's needs at any time during the practice. Get stronger, play, and giggle with us!
*this is not a post-natal class. Participants should be healed from delivery and cleared to exercise.
** other children may accompany you. However, sequences are designed to include only one baby and childcare is not provided. Children who are old enough to follow along on their own mat are welcome to do so.
