Ashtanga Modified Primary Series

Technique and precision are the name of the game in a traditional Ashtanga practice. While a Full Primary Series takes 90 minutes to perform and years of training to perfect, this Modified Primary Series (MPS) was designed to be accessible to all yogis -- and can be completed in under 1 hour. MPS will teach you the fundamentals of Ashtanga technique, poses, and breathwork. With standardized sequence flow and instruction cues, you will build strength as you learn to connect your breath to movement, challenge your body and mind, and experience a yoga style that is almost 100 years old.

6 months of exposure to vinyasa yoga (familiarity with sun salutations) is suggested
